★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable service and poorly trained engineers. Better to go for NABL accredited lab as their rates are also high. Sadly, I had an urgent requirement of getting a block level calibrated. The instrument sent back was in even worse condition and spending money on calibration was pointless. The engineer on-call finally blamed it on our instrument without admitting any mistake on their part. Finally, I was asked to level the block with respect to another reference instrument I had which totally defies the point of getting calibration done in the first place.
