Had given them a shoe for repair of which the sol came of within 10 days of buying I was told that I will get it back in 15-20 days.
2 months and 3 visits later there is no response from there side and this time when I went to the store this time an employee sitting idle told me he can't look into it right now as they are under staffed. He even refused to look at the slip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their shoes are just as expensive as the rest of the brands but their quality is very bad. i bought 2 pairs of footwear from there less than 6 months back.. 1 pair now fits me unevenly, since one side is too loose (and they were party wear so i might have worn them max 3 times) , and the other's sole came off in 2 months itself.. so i would recommend another store anyday..
