★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have keep buying makeup from newu Subhash nagar Pacific mall store. But this time, after getting back home when I opened up all the products, I found this Maybelline fit me 2 way compact not fresh. It was a used piece or tester or I don't know what. No seal on the product, morever the powder was spilled all inside the cardboard box and the Sponge was dirty too. Powder and Sponge was used.

I have been there twice and both the time it has been a really bad experience. The staff is rude, unhelpful and bitchy. Too many salesstaff (more than 10) in a small store, they would all force you to buy from their counter and if you dont they crowd around you and start making bitchy personal comments.
Plus, to top it all the person at the payment counter did not really know how to work the card machine. he did the payment twice and when i said, he started fighting and yelling, even the manager was not helpful. they said what is the big deal, these things happen, you can get your money refunded from the bank. the Bank however has informed me that the merchant has taken the money twice, but New U refuses to take any responsibility and said they cant do anything. I am still running around to get my money refunded.
Please DO NOT EVER go to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently, they have a new rule, you can see the shade name of course- they haven't taken the stickers off the brand tube, but not ask or the salesman would misbehave, saying it's not the policy or something and turned it back. Maybe because people would otherwise shop online. I however had an event to attend this evening, just wanted to know the name out of curiosity and what my friends had told me.
Also, Maybelline makes only one highlighter and they have discontinued tubes and cakes. Because they didn't have it of course.
