★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked for an event regarding wedding ceremony as on 23rd Dec 18 with camalia group Rajarhat Axis Mall 5th, My Total pax was 230 but I have called to Mr Apurba Kr Gupta (senior Manager marketing & sales) Plz Make my total pax will be 200 they are not listening my voice and arguing to me continue finally told me that ok he told me 30 pax will get parcel but not done Mr Wiswajit Singh behaviour is truly very very bad its my suggestion do not book This group for any event or party etc... money wasted time wasted respect lost per plates 1200/- they are offering one more thing camellia group all staffs are very unprofessional plz take care of specially Mr singh and apurba they challenged to me we are right and I have called higher dept. nobody help me out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked community hall at Axis Mall of this group for my event in Feb 19. I had paid advance amount of Rs 40,000. In 2nd week of Jan Mr Biswajit Singh called and they can not provide the hall as their contract has expired.
I have chasing them to return my money since the but to no avail. They are even not afraid of any legal notices.
This is the worst experience we had from this group.
I am planning to take them to consumer forum for this.
