★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large number of customers are visiting the centre but only 2 executives to handle all customers. Replacement, provided with correct printed bill,was quick. But the customers have to wait long in line within a very short passage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mouse was working intermittently. So I asked them to replace. But the person in charge of the centre, quite rudely said, if it doesn't totally fail, nothing can be done, though others seemed interested to replace. Anyway, went from Kasba to Bowbazar, just to return disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annapurna service center very poor service and it did not listen to you and he not pickup the phone 4-5 times I call him and I am buy the new one PC and He bring in my house I already I say damage but he say he replace them and he say yes but he not replace them one damage audio port and sound port and I call to so many time but he didn't call and not response so I want suggest please don't buy

Open on weekdays only from 10:30 AM to 4PM only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I bought a keyboard and a mouse, but in one year it's not work properly. So i informed to their customer care support, they told me "Please visit your nearest FRONTECH service point. Our technical team definitely resolve the issue as soon as possible." When I visited their service center they immediately gave me a new keyboard and a mouse. That's really good service. They don't even asked me what is the problem, the just gave me a new keyboard and a mouse. Really Awesome.
But their quality of product is very poor. I am still facing the same problem. I will never buy their any product in my life.
