Staffs donot know anything..they only tell that the battery is out of order. This is there only way to earn money by telling wrong things to their customers. Aslo they donot maintain any time. If anyone ask my openion, I would suggest not to buy any micromax device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ workers are unprofessional... they could not identify my mobile's problem .... they just used to restart my mobile and return it to me.. and i went to their office everyday... after five days they said me its battery problem of my phone... where the battery is all ok till the last day i used my mobile... my phone is not working properly because of its software problem and screen problem.. as my mobile is 11 months old , so for money they changed my mobile's battery.
i will inform everybody about this center , forbade them to go to this service center and ask them to give it a 1 star ratting.

Even the behaviour of the staffs are so bad. They even they don't entertain your problem properly. Don't recommend this service centre to anyone. Even

I recently went on 11 may for my phone not working under warranty i submitted and got my phone after 1.5mth after 4-5 day of rushing...at after i got it a day later i realised the problem i was facing is solved but all new problems very found... torch not working,destroyed speaker,hanging alot.. they are Just illiterate guys .................
