★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure Computer Service & Solution is one of the authorized Service Centre for Logitech in Kolkata. The shop is at the basement of the building just adjacent to Gate No. 5 of Chandni Chowk Metro Station. Despite being an authorized service centre they merely act as "Drop Box Centre" which collects your faulty product and arranges to send it to Chennai for repair. The services provided are less than pathetic, absymal approach towards customer focus. The staffs are thoroughly rude especially the Customer Care Receptionist and Centre In-charge. I did visit this centre atleast thrice and on all occassions found they have motives of selling extra un-essential add ons for some quick bucks rather than focussing on actual service which they are bound to provide under warranty. Very unprofessional attitude, rude behaviour by staffs and impolite technicians is what best can be expected from them. In most cases they shall not forward your products at all to Chennai and simply return it to you claiming that you should take the product back to the shop from where you have purchase without clarifying the reason for denial of services. Perhaps they are unaware about the definition of "warranty" itself. Stay away from this service centre for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic service centres I've ever seen in Chandni Chowk area. I've visited this place so many times and faced same situation everytime. They takes faulty products and repairs/replace them and one have to wait for 15+ days to get a call from them and get those things back. Even if they have stock, they don't replace on the spot.
Also, the technician has poor knowledge of peripherals and he always try to make people purchase new parts rather than repairing the faulty one.
I've visited this place many times, but never thought to give a feedback, but this time, I've searched for this place on Google to give my feedback, as I believe this kinda service given to the customers, should be immediately stopped or Logitech should take necessary action against these people and open a separate service center where people can get fast service.
Think before visiting this place. Get backup parts ready before visiting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the service centre cum assemblage wing of Supreme Computers of Chandni , Kolkata. Logitech, Acer, Boat etc. companies have their service centre here. Took 3 days to replace my Logitech mouse which had scroll problem. Very courteous behaviour with full technical knowledge of Computer Hardware is the main forte of this service centre. Would always recommend to this service centre for your computer related servicing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time was ok 15 mins or so. I had e-invoice from amazon with me but they didn't ask for any documents from me. But another guy they turned back as he did not have documents so bring your bill and other docs to be safe. They fixed my mouse but took like 20 days ?. Overall ok experience not bad atleast they fixed it!!
