★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Went there with my notebook without the charger. As the issue was the battery so wanted to replace the battery. After 5 days i called them and they replied, "sir, the charger has the issue and you have to buy a new charger."
At the beginning i thought they made a mistake with someone else's device but no! They were talking about my device indeed. ? ? ?
Totally speechless service they are providing i must say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So..the power button of my acer laptop's original keyboard which i had bought in the year 2017 was not working...On checking they gave me the option to get an original keyboard worth 7500 or to get a duplicate keyboard worth 3200...Both the keyboards warranty provided was 3 months..I opted for the duplicate one as i planned to replace the laptop within an year..Just after 2 days i brought my laptop home (repaired with the new duplicate keyboard), the end key button fell off.As i had my classes to do, i could not take my laptop to this centre.Soon thereafter the O button loosened up completely. took it to the centre today (before 3 months warranty expiry period), where they told me that physical damage doesn't come under warranty and that they doubt that i damaged the laptop.....very bad behviour..very bad staff....worst service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.Here Technicians are not much experience.please don't service your laptop here.
In my laptop there was some problem in the mother board but they said that your LCD screen damaged and they told you have to replace your lcd screen which RS 11500.Then I took my laptop and go to chadni market they service it in RS 2000..So don't come here if your laptop is out of warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely fraud, thay charges huge amount from the with out warrenty client, too bad, and they gave you only 21 days warranty. I repeir my laptop they take 3000 and after 45 days I am facing the same issues, totaly rubbish. Thay asked again the same Money for repering.
Don't go if your laptop is out of warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I submitted my laptop here after it wouldn't turn on and the issue was recognised in 2 days. I got a keyboard replacement out of warranty and got the parts within the date that was promised. Happy with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop battery is dead and I can fix my laptop on my own, so I asked them to give me laptop battery for which I can pay complete amount in advance. This is my work laptop so I cannot leave it with someone for several days or so. Moreover leaving with them means formatting my laptop to protect my private data. But they said they cannot give me battery if I do not leave battery with them. They said they can only bring it if they feel battery is faulty. Actually they just want to earn extra money through servicing charge otherwise they could have bought me a new battery.
