★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. I called for some inquiries. The man who picked up the call his behavior is very bad.. He has disconnected the phone many times.. It's the most heinous behavior.. How to talk customer.. He doesn't even know that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is the best service center for Dell ...The stuff are very polite and helpfull..though some people are saying the service center is bad but I do not think so ..they solve my problem of laptop quickly ...and they give me some suggestions about servicing my keybord mouse combo ..overall good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LODGING A COMPLAINT ON 5TH MAY WAS A CUMBERSOME JOB. NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR A COMMON CUSTOMER.
AND AFTER FIVE DAYS ON 9TH THEY WANT A CERTIFICATE EVEN WITHOUT HAVING ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT.
GREAT MUSKETEERS INDEED.
