★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. They replaced my earbuds. Google maps shows the exact location. You have to ask the security guard at the gate where the service centre is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic jbl service center. If your headphone is within warrenty period, it is really easy replace it. Just go with the proper bill/invoice and the box.
Stuff behavior was friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today on the 4th of feb i visited there first time and i was mesmerised by their service. Please do visit there if you have any problem. The girl that solved my problem was so disciplined..i started to admire her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first question is what is the function of a service center? I mean it for non functional items to be made as functional. But JBL service center is doing the job for replacement only, as informed by Customer Care Personal. Moreover, they will do the job within the warranty period. If your device is out of warranty and it is not working due to minor fault, you have no way to repair other than throwing it into Dustbin. This is happened with me. JBL can rename as Replacement Center instead of Service Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service....they exchanged my JBL C115MIT....I bought it on Amazon and provided the invoice....the left ear bud was not working(sound not coming) in my case....so they exchanged it completely without any question asked.....please take the box with you along with everything in the box they have provided initially....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever come across any service centre. I have been a JBL fan for more than 4 and half years, but this is the first time I have come across it service centre.
My speaker was working well, it was only not charging, but before the charge drained, it was working well. Now they say that I have issue with my motherboard, and it will cost me INR 3k, and I bought the JBL FLIP 3 in 2018 for 5.5k, what the heck service are you encouraging through your outlets JBL ?
If there was an option, I would have given it negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is just awesome. Just take your damaged product to them along with its bill and if it's within the warranty period , they will change it as quickly as possible. Their service is just mind blowing . The timings to change the gadgets is between 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Visit the store in time. And about the JBL products, well, we all know how good they are.
