★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't repair Laptops and they don't keep all parts. I Visited the shop for Acer 5920 Screen FL inverter but they didn't had the one.. Later i got it repaired from Sri Ram IT World..So SRM don't keep all service parts..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop service is well done and also very crowdy. Very delayed service in my case for just repairing a Laptop hinge, which should have taken 15-20 mins. 3 hrs in my case. They will not be changing the part, just repair the existing Laptop hinge for Rs 1000
Very bad customer experience.
