★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people were good once upon a time but now they are nothing more than cheats, recently got my one plus 3t fixed. Took 5k and gave me a third class screen and they were not able to attach the screen properly either. Service quality has deteriorated with time, employees have no sense of how to speak to whom, they feel every person has come from a slum area that they speak to them in such manner. Previously there were people who were decent now I feel goons sit there and run the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a group of thieves. I went there today to ask about changing my phone screen which was damaged. At first the guy on the front desk told that they will charge me 2700 for a screen change on phone but when I arrived there he started asking me that the charge will be 2800.
Also, he murmered slowly that they only have screen for white mi A2 but then other guy came and he did some hand gestures, and some clues and expressions were exchanged between the two thieves after which they asked me to give my phone password so that they can simply change the screen. They told me to come after one hour. After one hour when I went there, they told me that they don't have screen for the black model. When they didn't have screen for the white model at the first place, how dare they open my mobile and make it even worse. I am sure they have siphoned all the original parts of my mobile. I curse them from the bottom of my heart and I wish they get arrested soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit Last Month, First Met The Counter guy, He is very messy.his way of talking is not as professional and he eats something during talk so there is some bad smells, Dressed Liked a Chapri Boy, maybe Little illiterate, but after all this, Agnicoms Technicians and Engineers are very well trained, great in there job, they do the work properly and make the work easy and Fast. Happy that work is complete after the little Misbehaving Behavior at Counter. 3 Star Just Because Of Good Work By Engineer.
