★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This'll be long review. Please read it, very important. Well I must say that THEY'RE VERY CLEVER, specially Mr Haq(one of the worker). They may be skilful but very clever. I went with my PC monitor on 11th August, 2020 with it's starting issue, that day the owner was not there. I got it done for 600/- by Mr Haq without any bargaining at all(1st Mr Haq said 750/- then he himself settled for 600/- saying I'm old customer). He fixed it within 10 mins. So far so good. when I asked Mr Haq about it's result, he sounded pretty confident & said,"We're experts, we do't take much time to fix things. Giving you 1 month warranty. If anything happens, come back". So far it's good. Now on 21st August 2020, I face the same problem again. On The very next day, 22nd August 2020, I had to run to them again. This time I informed the owner in the morning about the whole issue over phone. He was gentle & welcomed me. Reaching the shop, Mr Haq now tells me that my LCD display is ruined, it's a different issue from before. This time he charges me 900/-. Upon requesting them about some discount this time, they were totally against it. Even the owner didn't support me at all. I said that, just 1 week back I invested 600/- so please cut down on the budget this time, as they themselves gave me 1 month guarantee. But they were adamant. I really don't get what kind of customer relationship is this! On one hand, they say that they're experts can solve matters in minutes & when I reach them 2nd time with the EXACT SAME ISSUE, they say these problems are very critical to find, can happen due to many aspects. If they're so expert, then how come they detect the SAME PROBLEM in two different ways??! I'm very hurt I must say. Investing 600/- for 10 days & again asking for 900/- for the same issue is not done at all. I'm giving them 2 stars just for the owners good behaviour but what's the use of only good behaviour when they can't sendoff the customers with a happy face??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with an old but top of the line ASUS motherboard. I contacted the store and sent them a photograph of my motherboard as per the request.
I was told the problem would be solved. Now I understand that it was probably an exaggeration and problems with high end components cannot just be fixed reliably in minutes.
However, here are the issues I faced:
1) The working area for the technician is extremely inadequate and could barely fit my EATX motherboard.
2) I told the technician that the CPU wasn't receiving voltage. Yet he barely took a few minutes and didn't perform any real inspection. Apart from this he basically randomly desoldered a couple of transistors to check if that fixes the issue only to solder them back. This seemed highly unprofessional. I would rather he just kept the board for a couple of days instead of trying random fixes.
Overall, you may get decent service if yours is a generic issue but I cannot recommend this place to owners of high end components. The store should realize that not every customer is the same or has the same kind of problems.
