★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst service center I have visited. I give them a headphone 6 months ago within warranty period but till now I can not get my headphone.
When ever I contact with them they said wait and wait.

Just beside IndusInd Bank stairs towards basement..that is the office.
My experience:very good..I went there for my BoAt headphones,which suddenly stops working...
1.I went at 11am,no such crowd so no waiting...a service person attend me,checked my headset
2.I just write my name and number on a register then a token given to me...
You must carry hardcopy of your product invoice (they don't have print option ,as well as print shop is little far..you have to go towards reliance digital on the same foot just cross the road,walk 2 min)
3.the moment I bring the hardcopy then and then they replaced with new one but I didn't get my Colour also no option rather accept whatever colour they have in stock.
4. people are very professional, polite, humble, helpful,understand your concern as I saw in front of me another Customer came with a problem related to sound clarity..at first two technician said it is just because of 3D ...but they verify it from another and that technician understood the issue... So that kind of service very rare...
Cons: what I feel hygiene protocol..
They should focus a little on maintaining hygiene at least put a hand sanitizer stand .
Overall great experience.

Their is only one table fan . and they give you a number if you go within 4pm ,according to the number they call you . and some employees behave very rude. like they work for free,some times they are forget we are the customers
i think they need a proper ,strict, well maintain managing team .
even through you want to go then don't follow the Google map .. just look around, matro gate number 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for repairing of my BOAT bluetooth headphone. Without inspecting it the person sitting at the reception said 'repairing is not done here as the warranty period is over even if it is a paid repairing'. After that I went to Chandni market and got it repaired for only 100 bucks. Is it really an authorized service centre of BOAT or BOAT's policy is so regarding out of warranty service! Will think four times before buying a BOAT next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst service center I have visited absolutely nightmare experience very rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff i wonder how boat has hired them and they are coping up with the corporate standards absolutely ridiculous place to get serviced. I went to replace my neckband its poor quality product boat rocket 235v2 model. Oppo is better enco m32 no match to it
