★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my laptop with blue screen error heating issues since I bought the laptop twice within short period and warranty.they told me it was software issue.no hardware issues were there.one week after validity was over I took my laptop with same problem they told me to pay 40k for my damaged motherboard.horrible experience.they appear to be professional and helpful but really are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thief, they will not diagnose your product on same day and will ask you to leave your product with them and after few days they will come up with you need to change parts, the value of which will be close to the new price of product. The fat person with specs sitting in the front office is unhappiest man on entire Earth, he will loose his calm and take out his frustration on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible service centre. They lack knowledge n expertise. Some guy named Kaushik who is the customer representative is the most ill mannered n most unprofessional person. He thinks he is the boss and is the most arrogant of the employees. I hope the authorities do something about this. After 5 months of service due to their poor service my hinge and bezel have separated and due to lockdown I am completely helpless.
