★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to shop computer and ots relayed parts. Pricing is just perfect. Best store in the city. Genuine parts available. Near chandni chowk gate no 5 metro. Location is in the heart of the city. Beside Asus outlet. The store name is hidden by the ads and not visible but You can ask any people ang get guided. Best place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior good but items are comparatively costlier with a little stock/variety. HP laptop cost differences Rupees 1000/- to 1500/- than HP world price. I personally checked & later purchased from HP world Pavillion i5 11th gen. at opposite side of this shop on 16/02/2022 with Rs 1500/- below price for the same model with same accessories. So every body should verify that before purchasing their laptop/desktop/other items. We should be more cautious regardings.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't sell genuine products. I went there more than once because they invest a lot in marketing. Their products don't last more than a year.
Once I bought a laptop there and later found out it did not have the serial number it's supposed to have, and the manufacturing company didn't acknowledge it as their own product. They will act friendly when they want to sell something but their service centre employees have more attitude than IAS officers, and if you try to raise a concern, they label you with adjectives and throw you out. Please, I beg you, if you value your money don't buy anything from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had multiple unforgettable, disgusting and regrettable experiences there. First time, I purchased a Dell Vostro laptop there in 2014. The Flipkart price was 28000 but they took 32k from me as I was apprehensive about online shopping then. Its hard drive crashed the next day, and they tried to put the blame on me. When I threatened them to approach consumer forum, they were forced to replace it although they confiscated all my warranty documents. As there were no other reputed shops that time, I went there a second time to get a San Disk pendrive and a Micromax dongle. The dongle speed was half of what was promised but they said it was due to the sim card and I believed them. After a month or two, suddenly my excessively costly San Disk pendrive stopped working. I couldn't format it or do nothing. I submitted it back to them as it was within warranty period and they asked me for a week's time. After a week they returned the same dongle back to me and said I need to FedEx it back to it's manufacturing country and it may take years to get a replacement and that they were not liable in any way. After few months, the Dell Vostro laptop again started malfunctioning such as the CPU fan's sudden stoppage, ram overheating, and what not, and needed paid servicing almost every 3-4 months in a way that it became a liability. I also found out that my Dell Vostro laptop was supposed to come with AMD integrated graphics, whereas mine just had some Intel good for nothing non existent integrated graphics.
And their service centre, well, they make you wait for hours and then interrogate you there like in a police station, and most of the time, they don't even know what they are talking about, forget about fixing it. They will charge you service fees even within warranty period and even for talking, and will try to sell you unnecessary products such as screen guard, additional ram, obsolete antiviruses, and at costs almost double or triple of what's the cost is on Flipkart and Amazon.
If you have money to waste and want counterfeit products, please do go there.
I'm posting it today because my cousin sister bought a laptop from there without my knowledge, a month back, and same things are happening with her.
They don't run a genuine shop, they run a scam/frauding company.
