★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of the front desk aged man and another young man who were teaching me about tampering of ssd which is not possible for any one.i lost my temper for no reason because of them i will drag them to consumer forum then they will see what can happen to them and their job if a company cannot keep polite staffs then we should reconsider buying things it is not permissible for me to tolerate.national consumer forum and state consumer forum should monitor their dadagiri and ask them to behave with customer who are harrassed.

The employees are really good & behave like friendly and the service is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center that I had ever come across. Lady Staffs are rudely behaving with Customers. Even they teaches us when to come to Service center for repairs. Only one Male staff as supportive and behaves modestly. Hope Gigabyte will take care may be they are paid much less or not happy with the job they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service centre. Within warranty with proper bill they will charge nothing. Otherwise the service charge is Rs. 472/- plus repairing charge (for parts).
Timely delivery. Staff behaviour is gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of Extremely gentle and caring people working tirelessly for customer satisfaction! I didn't care about the cost, I wanted my mobo back! Full satisfaction post repair with testing facility! It was my second visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by the engineers in this service center, I got my motherboard repaired in just a single day, and even though I had another problem after taking it back home and I had to visit again, I got my motherboard again in a single day.
I just think that the staff members need to be more gentle while communicating with the customers, mainly at the front desk.
