★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced a touchpad issue from the very beginning of my purchase ! I didn't care too much about it ! Cause I believed HP ! Later on to resolve this problem *I had to contact with Customer care more than 10times ! (By call)*
Every time I lost hours & hours But I got Temporary solution each time !
Engineer came to my house & forced me to Format the laptop & suggested quickheal antivirus ! I did it all ! But My problem was not solved !
I surrendered my laptop at kolkata service centre ! They told that problem has solved ! But it's not solved !! *Rather than they deleted my original windows without my permission!!!*
*Finally problem has been solved But It took more then 1year !! & I had to pay Rs500+ to get my windows 10 !*
Finally I lost my believe on HP !

-is there any important files cuz we have to reset the device
-we have to keep the device to check which will cost 350rs for inspection charge
Irony is i went with for the battery which needed replacement he said the same stuff where i have to later explain it to him what was the real trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely arrogant people sit at the front desk. It's like they are doing you some Ehsaan by uttering a word as well. Showed customer care number stuck on the laptop for more information. Then why are they sitting there? Awful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wireless mouse had a scrolling issue with it and was within Warranty period. I went to HP care and they gave me a Replacement for the product and it was a satisfactory service for me. I am pleased??
