β β β β β I have used their service for my wedding. It was my bad decision. They will spoil your day. After taking booking amount from you theby will play with you. They will never respond your call. If you will call they will tell they are busy call later.
Owner is Himadri . He will commit you everything you want from them at the time of booking. But after that you will have to suffer a lot.
They will come to your home also to take money from you.
Please don't give your any work to camera queen.
Work quality is also very very poor. Specifically video is very bad.
Never they will reach on time to your wedding. If you will ask them they will tell some reason.
This happened to me. This is my experience with them.

β β β β β Be careful while making your advance booking. You won't be informed about any T&C while doing the advance payment. Later if you want to cancel the booking with them, they won't return your money. That too informing them about the cancellation five months prior to the event date. Also after telling them the reason of your difficult decision for cancellation.
Himadri(owner) may be a very soft spoken guy, but there is zero professionalism and selfish attitude.
It's about to be 3 years, my money is still stuck with Camera Queen. It may be very small amount for a production owner, but it's my hard earned money.
