β β β β β Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour of the service agents. No sense of talking with a customer who is doing a purchase of a few lakhs. Never seen such kind of ridiculous behaviour with other showrooms across different cities in different states. Will recommend literally any other showrooms but this specific one. Getting footfall just due to Maruti brand name certainly not the behaviour of sales agents.

They first talk with you like good manners and then stab a heavy bill in your pocket.?ask every thing about your agreement and record their voice calls otherwise they turn their words.??? A new species of chameleon lived there.

Your Seals executive SUSANTA car delivery time fix 2pm but many more time wait fully de satisfied exactly delivery tonight 9pm, car delivery time unwashed and clay total body. Anther issue car diel time say to me accessories price 5748 free but deliver time generate all accessories bill,and say to me many more lie. attach bill copy...

All staffs are nice and professional. Best NEXA showroom in the city in my view. I booked a Baleno.and cancelled it due to some reason and they proceeded my return within 1-2days without changing any cancellation fee.
