★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad experience with Canara Bank Basaveshwarnagar Branch. Taking more than a week just to open an account. If it is a Public Bank, it should be agiler and People friendly than Private banks. Negligence at its peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank.. For small work you have to take token and wait for 45 mins to 1 hour.. After all the wait they will tell some detail missing and again make u wait for another hour.. Please learn from HDFC & Axis how to operate the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 8th April 2021 around 12 p.m I visited this branch but there was an employee might be peon named 'Gangandhar' who was rudely behaving with everyone including me and elderly people using abusive language and showing worst attitude against costumers . Wasn't properly responding even after manager directed when we complained against him. He tore a page of passbook from middle age man when it was stuck in the passbook machine. Please take strict action against him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not user friendly staffs and they aren't updated with latest technology. Almost for everything, like net-banking, tele-communication etc, we have to visit and take request in branch only for updations. Half cooked information's they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the bank as we had some issue with phone pe transaction which was actually due to some bank like Syndicate Bank merging with Canara Bank. Mr. Balaji who attended to us was able to understand the problem and provided us the solution and helped us to our huge relief.
There has been a positive change in the Bank while serving the customers compared to some years ago which is a huge plus point. Staff are very helpful now.
