★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some work related to loss of share certificates for which I had to get an acknowledgment of FIR for getting duplicate share certificate from the company. My work was done swiftly by feeding relevant information in to their system by the data entry officer. Acknowledgement copy was sent to my email ID! I was informed that such FIRs can be lodged on line now, which is a very good initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new police station building is quite good. I visited personally for mobile stolen complaint of a friend. The staffs in the station are friendly and there approach was good. My cell was recovered and given to us within span of three working days. Generally, I asked them should I "give bribe". They politely said NO and not to ask such kind of favours.

I loose my money from Kotak bank dude to some fraud, then I visited the Basaveshwara nagar cyber crime police station for FIR copy, then they collect from me all the details and they told you will get one message then come and collect the FIR copy.
Then was waiting for 10 days still didn't get any otp. In the duration of 10days I visited 3 times they told same thing.
After 10 days again I visited the station they told your letter is not good go to Vijayanagar and call me like that they told finally I didn't get my FIR copy and I loose money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had raised my complaint for fraudulent transaction in my net banking. I have all the details regarding to which account that money has been transferred and and benifiary contact details as well. But I got only FIR copy from vthe station but no further support. Whenever I visited there, they use to tell don't come we will only call. But it has been more than 4 months, nobody taking action on my complaint it seems. This people not taking any action on our issues, so that frauds are doing it with lot of hopes that they will not get any punishment so they will start cheating others.
