In morning at 8:00am for Emergency purpose I ride bike without helmet and I did't carried any documents ...after that i Showed the document in phone but this @Anand sir traffic police in Byatrayanapura station he not accepting the documents... He ask the key ..I didn't given soo he raised the another Complaint misbehavior with police ...total he raised 4 case's on my vehicle and this man don't know how to talk with public talking rubbish in bad words ....I ready to pay also.... This like problem police we don't need to our City....
They only don't know RTO rules ....this reason they'r Useless for Us.
