★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the helpdesk was an utter waste.She was busy in her video call when I tried enquiring about something very much needed.No manners at all.She even had no courtesy to reply me properly.She ignored me as a customer..I am very unhappy with that bad experience with her in the bank.
