My home loan is there in this bank. Will surely go for loan takeover procedure now.
Since, this bank is highly reluctant in customer service though they charge higher rate of interest then also no customerservices at all. Never provide provisional interest certificate even after several mails and follow ups thus ending up Higher TDS deduction. There are many issues with this bank, can’t write all due to lack of space and time.
