★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The incident mentioned below had happened a week ago. But it has two sides because after this incident, few days ago an official from the same back approached me, asked for an apology on staff's behalf and helped me for further reference. So I believe, their management is pretty good and trust worthy.
One of their staff member, a man with a long white beard at front office is an ill mannered person, who believes in passing unnecessary remarks. I was completely irritated by his behaviour but I still kept my calm considering his age.
But they clearly don't know how to treat a customer properly. They feel as if they are doing a huge favour by helping us, but the truth is, it's their duty and that's what they are paid for. I suggest you to not visit the MP nagar branch. They must learn how a customer needs to be treated
