★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced that they don't know how to serve for claim.
As per their policy they should conducted survey in 48 hrs but no one approach even after 10 days of regular followups.
I am rely depressed
If they are not coming for survey,claim not even comes to picture.
Very very very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Then don't know how to talk to customer, behaviour wise really bad, think we don't work and wait for them forever. Customer care pathetic. Looting customers hard earn money. Please avoid liberty if Hyundai dealer is forcing u. If u already have do not renew.
