★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium of my Policy No. 11124972 is being paid automatically on 13th of every calendar month through my credit card. How ever in June it was done on 16th June 2020. I don't know the reason. It seems that records at your end has not been updated and my Policy is being shown as paid up and july 2020 premium hasn't changed. I have sent the credit card statement through your Service email id as attachment. You are requested to kindly arrange to update your records so that july 2020 premium can be paid.

Dear responder,
I have already sent an email to your @service desk as well as sent my issue on your what's app no. Also.
On what's app your computerized system is responding, which can resolve fix issue only.
I didn't get response from from both mean. Thereafter only I submitted poor rating on net.

Open advice - please don't do any business with this branch. Once you paid for your work or policy, thereafter they will entertain you any more. I took term insurance in this April 2020 and paid premium fees. From that day, I am still trying to contact their representative, just to know about policy papers, as well as for some queries also, but she isn't receiving my call.
Call to Customer service is also very big task. They didn't provide any contact no. On website or any where so that you can contact higher authorities.
I truly wish to give them -1 rating.
Very unprofessional and Customer careless branch.
