★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was polite, friendly, the new branch has an E-bank ATM facility, visited the bank nearing lunch hours, I didn't find any Rush when I visited there.
The helped me through my process smoothly.
The new branch has been shifted from the main road to the road inside the PDA colony, and the bank is visible clearly.

Long ques and the staff working are to slow. At times people have to wait for hours and hours to reach the cash counter.
