I'm sharing an experience I went to the canara bank near yadav chowk, anwarpur road. I had to do NEFT, when I asked about NEFT form from a staff of canara bank, he ignored it. After asking second time , he said go to sir. What kind of answer is this, there are so many staffs working out there. How I will be able to know where I have to go and which sir will be giving me form. Instead of that he could clearly say you can go to counter no. 'X' and you will be getting a NEFT form. Moreover, no proper information is displayed on the bank. Even the counter tokens are written by marker. You're running a bank and can't you afford a batch and board for each counter with the description/type of work.
