★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father death claim for locker and account is pending from 2016 still no update.....very rude staff and lazy employees.....do not answer you .....ignore your complains....in between misplaced all the docs i submitted had to again submit all the docs and do all the procedure. Worst customer service

Now bank is very much upgraded.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
I am done my kyc and account reactive procedure.
Also bank manager give information about government policys.
Other staff member help me to get forms and guide me to health insurance policy.
Over all it was great experience.
If you come with proper documents you will get easy help.
