★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD BANK!!!!.. Loan disbursement form signed before providing sanction letter. also delay in providing cheque. When said to cancel sanctioned home loan, vastu asks 150000 rupees as cancellation charge. Also, they have started deducting EMI without giving cheque/money. Filed case against employees. People who are applying for loan from Vastu housing finance please read documents carefully before signing. They will take photo when you are signing Disbursement form and do not give them signed cheques with proper clarification. You can message if you want to know in detail.
