(Instead goIgo for IDFC First bank with zero balance & instant service)
No one co-ordinate properly..I created account 1 month back..I got account details..after 20 days...they said we will give you in 5-6 days.didnt get debit card yet after one month & no one provides you information about virtual debit card.after investing 10000 minimum balance..there is no good service you can expect from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took three visits for me just to authenticate the new account opening. They have an army of personal banking associates but no one knows how the account validation system works.
I have an account kit with no welcome letter or customer ID. Now they want me to visit the bank again to get net banking access. They should understand that I own a 'salary account', instead they are finding reasons for my employer not to credit my full 'salary'
Google didn't allow zero stars, or I would've given this branch a zero on five rating.
Oh BTW Google, the map location is dead wrong, and the actual branch is around 300 metres away. Fix that please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putted application to open my current account on 4th may , they promised me that account will be functioning in nxt 7 to 10 days , i signed 12k cheque for that .
My cheque got cleared in 8 days but after 20 days (,24th may,) account is not opened.
Worst service , no contact info of branch & not even consumer service.
Stop wasting time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with hdfc counter person sneha also the branch manager is not at all interested to resolve my issues. Pathetic service I ever had before.
I went this branch on 12th apr for discontinuing my account after 10 days later I don't have any update of account closure and then I walked again to know what is the issue, but this time they refused ans asked to go at Thane branch for account closure. Why should I travel all the where from kalyan to Thane in this pandemic situation? The counter lady literally wasting customers precious time and don't have any knowledge of process also she lost my application form and didnt know were she has kept the form. Again I filled the new form and submitted today.
Very poor and pathetic experience with HDFC.

khadakpada branch of HDFC.
after opening account there, they
didn't help me for KYC..Visited thrice for completing the procedure.
Then, they blocked my account,
as welcome letter, I missed to recieve.
Again ,I went to bank and applied for address change and waited for welcome letter.
2 weeks over, no letter, no transaction , I can do in this account as it is blocked.
Staff is too cunning and unhelpful. As I warned them that I will put this on social media, they are doing purposely to me.
Very mannerless and cunning people working in this branch.
I am regretting why I thought to open acc in this bank

Except my first visit every other visit to this branch was useless as instead of solving my query or helping me out, their major focus was trying to convince me on buying some investment plan. This is pure annoying despite my several denials and disinterest.
And when I denied, they weren't even interested in doing the work for which I visited the bank. Staff just wanders here and there and keeps you waiting. Absolute rubbish of an experience.
So if you are someone with good amount of balance they'll surely drag you into taking some investment plan without focusing on your concern.
Old review:
The staff is very cooperative and polite and helped me with my concerns. Smooth in that area.
Only one thing which bothered me was they forced to take investment plans such as open FD or investment on credit card despite my denial.
