★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with home loan. They just accept your request/application but does not do anything further. Lot of delays. No communication from their end. Lot of followups require. Not professional at all. Dont buy new home loans from them otherwise you will be in trouble from house selling party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 0 star... No. 1 is bad service bank. lie staff I submitted pmay subsidy form on 15th March 2022 ... Govt. The portal tells me that last date was 15th March. And bank staff tell me 15 Feb was last date, they did not process my file within the date and not ganarate my application id. now they are telling me that you are not ligeable, I am legiable in everything according to govt rules ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service provided by axis bank so far. not closing my demat account even tough i constantly pinged the rm. they now blocked me so that i cant reach out to them. They are just busy in creating new accounts not able to manage their existing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old parents had to go multiple times to get them to release their stuck money. The lazy clerk there she outright refused any mistake. Finally we got help from Govt of India who took their case and proved the mistake. Not everyone has such resources, so I'm sure many people's money is stuck because of their staff's lazy attitude.
Edit: i contacted on link in reply and there is no care for customer issues there also
