★ ★ ★ ★ ★ showing ads of 8% interest rates while the started with 8.5 and now charging 10.25%, when asked to reduce, they told it might further go to 10.75%, and no, I have a very good credit score and a salaried professional with no defaults anywhere in the entire credit history. So dont fall for the fake promises by indiabulls its bulls*** for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.They will only respond to you when you are in need of a loan . Once it's disbursed and EMI starts they don't give a damn. Plus they will tell u about fluctuating intrest rate etc , but they will never lower their intrest rate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiabulls is committed to torment you. Don't fall for their trap, when it comes to foreclosure they will make you run here and there with dozens of email queries. And you will have to foreclose as they charge almost double the interest and keep increasing the duration, you will start at 8 end up paying 13 percent in 4 years. They even ask for your PMAY money back during foreclosure giving nonsensical reason. I have been cheated this is an extortion house(you gotta pay interests while you wait for your queries to be resolved).
