★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to much bad experience coz there staff banker etc every thing is take too much time for loan process they took 6 months for loan sanction and after that 2 months for cheque handover...staff is not cooperating at all

Poor to no customer service. Their Kalyan branch staff is useless and unprofessional.
Most of the time their systems are down. They don't have manners regarding how to talk with customers. Interest rates are always high hence I repeat do not go for LICHFL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant employee. If you want to experience financial loss and arrogance then only consider the LIC HFL. To get the customer usually they do not mention important requirements and once the customer pays fees they start to blackmail. Do not approach to LIC housing finance limited in any case even if the ROI they could offer is 0% it is total strategy to pull the customers and made them pay more than even market.
