Called this Dena Bank branch first time for AADHAR update details and lady informed that it is available on Wed and Thu from 3-5.
On Wed called again just to confirm availability and lady was irated and murmuring about why she has to give this information. Anyhow she informed that he is available for now.
I visited Bank around 4.15 but they informed that AADHAR card guy has closed updation for a day although time was till 5 PM.
I visited next Wed at 4 PM and bank employees was not even interested to allow me to enter in Bank, and one person informed me while closing door that AADHAR updation is closed for the day and now it is closed permanently in their branch so it cannot be done in future as well.
Absolutely rude behavior from Dena bank employees.
Authorities need to evaluate such branches before appointing them for AADHAR updation.
