Too much queue. Sitting arrangement is good but inadequate in rush hours. Yet better than some of the old city branches which are cramped for space. Staff is normally cordial.

This is the branch where I have my account since 2012. It used to be great until they introduced Token System which takes at least half an hour to get to the counter. It's more crowdy than ever just because of the slow token system.

One of the least customer friendly banks I have ever come across. The staff with the exception of a few you could count on fingers is generally impatient and irritable. They pretend to be too busy to listen to customer queries or complaints. In spite of all the unpleasantness, if people like me flock to this bank, it is simply because we do not have a second option. The sole question is whether there will ever be an improvemet, and what it takes to entertain such a doubtfully optimistic thought?

In Mar-20, I called Br. to extend PPF Ac. without physically submitting form but 3 tel nos did not work so nothing happened. I sent email incl. details & Br. completed extension quickly. Thank you Mgr Mr. Saha, for doing so, while manning Br. wth less staff & more demands. I guess SBI can compete with any pvt. bank on service level..

The most frustrated branch I ever seen. It is so dirty that you will regret to seat there. The staff is so slow and unprofessional. The major reason for to change accounts in private bank is the management and the staff. That is why I am in favor that these kind of institutions need to privatize. So that we will save lots of our money towards nation built.

Staff doesn't cooperate properly, get irritated immediately. This is the only SBI branch, I think which is not prompt in providing services to account holders. Every year there is delay in getting TDS. It is also difficult to approach branch manager. The peon at manager's cabin is main obstacle. The moment you approach manager's cabin, he raises number of questions and asks to wait.... I was waiting for more than half an hour and finally given up hope to meet manager. The most strange thing is that there is no separate Q for Senior Citizens. In private and cooperative banks, Railway stations, S. T. Bus stands... almost every where there is separate Q for senior citizens. I think SBI Dombivli MIDC branch is exception to it. The staff needs training in communication skills and should take lessons of Work Culture...! Hope this review will bring appropriate changes in bank's personnel department and employees.

I am having very bad experience about staff they never help us. I ask them to provide my yearly statement on my email ID but they told us just go and take print of your PASSBOOK.

Non of the ATM Machine is working. Printing of passbook not working perfectly. I had data to print but Machine displays no data to print. When asked official they replied, Printing Machine is having problems. Not getting sms alerts in spite they deduct sms charges promptly. Raise this problem with official. He said he checked the mobile no. in system was correct. But said will update it again.
