With the fault in their deposit machine, I got a difference of Rs. 5000 which was not deposited to my account. After raising this issue and visiting the bank, they simply denied stating they didn't recieve any excess cash.
After visiting several time, the bank deputy branch manager assured me of checking again with their system and updating over call (even if they received or not) which they completely failed to do.
Zero customer priority, zero client servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Said branch has closed down and is relocated to an industrial area away from the city and customers reach.
I have faced the worst with them while opening an account with this bank thru video kyc. the agent purposely marked my contact number as NA while opening the account and that led to non activation of debit card, salary account internet and App banking. let alone the customer car phone banking that is altogether a different nightware you cannot connect to customer care executive with just the account ber they want you to authenticate using otp with out that even if you die they won't connect you to the executive.
this proves how little they trust their staff and they believe in hiring sub-standard staff to save a buck and harass the customers.
if it went mandatiry to open an account here by my company I would have never opened an account with this bank and trust them to handle my hard earned salary.

Please go for any natiolised Bank as ICICI Bank members are also started working in same manner.
I visited twice (Phadke cross road branch now located near Tilak nagar Post office) to update my address, bank officer assured me that address will be updated within 24in system since then not even a single courier sent by ICICI Bank received on my updated address everything gone to old address due to negligence by Bank officer and poor communication with Bluedart courier service.
For every single service bank officer ask to call on phone banking services and most of the Phone banking services numbers are paid after 10-15 mins of waiting even if that phone banking officer helps you or assured you that he or she done the work for you you won't get any aknolegment in for of message or e-mail so what's the use of ICICI Bank.
Please mention that we are interested only in FD, RD or home loan and for rest of the service please go for phone banking or i-mobile which is equally worst.
