Courier travelled all the way from Kerala to Mumbai in two days and reached in dombivli and after two days I event to the courier office and collected after two days.
The a young guy sitting is is useless he don't knw the manners to talk with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and people in that branch are really useless and irresponsible and charging more rate than the usual ones. Please don't send any courier or parcel from dombivli(east)branch as after sending the parcel from that branch twice I had lost many things from that parcel box . Total waste of money and very cheap service

It's really a worst delivery service. 3 days time taken for delivery is really a bad experience from Professional courier. Also the Google number given is wrong . Where to contact about my parcel?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service never delivers package on time if you ask them about delay of your package staff member will tell you we don't have enough staff to deliver your package you will have to get it from our place staff is arrogant only professional is by name not by service never trust on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional in dombivli east. They ask customer to collect parcels from office rather than delivering it. If asked for reason they say their delivery boy is not well or they deliver only once in a week. Waste of paying shipping charges if the customer has to collect it
