★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I had sent two parcels at two different places with proper name and address which these guys misplaced. And when I contacted them, they said the receiver needs to courier it back as they cannot to anything now. Not at all customer centric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is very rude, they don't respond to your calls, or pick up and say wrong number and just disconnect. even if they have the package with them they won't deliver for next 2-3 days or reply "aap khud aake lejao", seriously never trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My courier didn't come to Pune from Dombivali and reason given is "not able to enter IT part". When checked online, it shows Thane, Ambarnath location as location. Their customer care number also not working.

I had a package to be picked from Mulund & delivered at Dombivli. Courier details mentioned on website is showing as OUT FOR DELIVERY but the package not yet delivered to me.
There is no provision to go below 1 Star otherwise I would have given them 0 star.
