★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to courier a letter. There was a notice outside the shop informing customers that only digital payments are allowed.When I asked the person in charge about it, he was very rude and condescending.
He asked me "Can't you read? There is a notice outside." When I further asked him whether UPI digital payments are allowed, he said "No, only credit cards are allowed."
Apparently the DHL in charge asking customers whether they know how to read does not realize that digital payments also include UPI wallets. If he does not want to take the trouble of answering customer queries, he should put up clear and precise notice stating that only credit cards are allowed.
Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant customer service. Giving 1 star because I cannot give less than that.
DHL itself has a good reputation. It is unprofessional employees like this which give the company a bad name.

He is only allowing one person at a time sitting covid reasons. your friend or relative accompanying you will not be allowed even if there is enough space inside. He pretends like he is running RBI bank. So go to this place only if you want to courier any important documents as this is authorised DHL outlet and you can't find any other DHL, bludart outlet nearby.
The reason for giving 3 stars is that process is perfectly followed as per DHL/Bluedart standard and my parcel reached safely to destination.
Also, In case you still decide to visit this store, please be prepared for insult and humiliation in advance.
