★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Name, But lot of shame...!!! Even after having detail address, they update status as address incomplete/Inappropriate within 2 hrs from out for delivery status. Don't even dare to call on given number for followup. Contact Number provided on website is always "switch off", no other way to communicate.
Imp Notice to Public - "Kindly Report this to your sender, not to consider this pathetic courier service."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. No follow up is taken, nor can we contact them as no number is provided and the number available in website is always switched off. seems to be fake number.
Simply they dont delivery bcoz the landmark is missing "according to them", which is actually everything mentioned in the address. They don't show courtesy to give a single call to the customer to reach the address.
How come they dint find an addeess in the city, especially a very famous place.

Even after having detailed address, they updated status as address incomplete/Inappropriate within 2 hrs from out for delivery status. Number provided here is swtiched off always. No better communication provided by bluedart customer care also. They dont have number of there partner courier or staff. Suppose to receive courier on 14th August but till date not received. Lets see when i will receive it. Will update accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly behaviour of Staff and other people working there. Customer service on priority. Even suggested what I should do to send an assured delivery on time. He suggested on paying a hundred extra to tag the delivery as a Critical Delivery (which ships separately and minutely faster than the regular one and also has an assured Delivery feature since it is set on a higher priority level.
Really open on receiving n number of questions I had asked him and also replied to all of them without getting angry or showing us that he was really busy with his work. I went on a working day and at 12 o clock it was almost empty, so didn't face any queue (probably lucky us)

They're a bunch of incompetent people, my package has been near me for 2 days now and they didnt even try to deliver it and marked it as incorrect address when I have never had a delivery missed by bluedart or any other service with same address. shameless people with no ethics who dont wanna do their job. Will make sure to report them so they're never chosen as a service by the vendor.
