★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person never visited for courier delivery, but I got a message on phone that second delivery attempted and door found closed. my question: when was the first Delivery done? how come the door is closed when i am always at home? how come there was no entry in security register? When i called to check on the office, the lady on the line said its not their policy to attempt re-delivery. I dont understand this process, if the person never turned up for delivery, just pass on the message for failed delivery so that the recipient can come on their own and they can save the cost for service. not happy, feels cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden. Not easily accessible. No place to sit. Typical scattered courier office. Rs. 35/- for local courier. You need to carry your own envelope and glue. But reliable than "professional courier" good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Team, I have sent it on Friday (29-Jan'21) to deliver the package from Dombivali to Nasik. I agree it will be sent on Monday due to manpower issue, but how come if it is out for delivery on 3rd Feb'21 still not received by me on 4th Feb'21 till 4 PM. Does it take 24 hours to deliver something in small city like Nasik, when the package is out for delivery. I am speaking with your customer service agent, he/she is less interested in solving the issue instead asking me to call here and there. When I asked him/her multiple times then replied me stating about the status. No proper response, no courtesy, just typing anything for namesake. You are charging me 110/- but providing pathetic service. Sorry to say but henceforth will never use your service or recommend your service to anybody. Hope the complaint team will take this seriously.

Poor service,delay parcel time,
Worst staffs, they don't even attend your queries. I would request you to go for speed post ( provided by postal office) its reasonable and their service is fast and good. No option to give less than 1 star.. Otherwise I would have given minus 5.
