★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience of any hospital I have ever visited. The receptionist is very vocal and disgusting... Lacks basic sense of communication... Got the appointment for 7 30 pm... However even at around 9 30 she was telling it would still take some time... Very pathetic management on part of receptioreception staff..I think she don't entertain patient who have booked appointment online... She is the most unwanted part of the hospital. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experince. Doctor didnt seem interested in explaining the disease to patient. Communication with patient is not satisfactory. Very arrogant staff showing no empathy to patient travelling from longer distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor is more then God for me I was diagnosed by jaundice which stayed 1.6 yrs in body bigger hospitals like kasturba and kem refused to admit then came to know about Patel sir and like a magician he cleared my jaundice in 2 months owe my life to him. Staff over there is also very good they be rude to new people because if they won't u all know what will happen it's Dombivli. Suggested if anyone wanna go Patel sir is the best if Ur looking for liver treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the worst dr. Ever i saw in my whole life. He charges 1200 as consultant fees. I am not at all satisfied by his behaviour with the patient. He dont even let the patient finish his sentence and asks another patient to come in. He dont even suggest about the diet and just gives tablets and says(if these dont work ghen we have to do endoscopy) such a moron he is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is worst doctor in Dombivli..When I took my mom there in extremely bad condition.. He was answering very rudely n demotivating my mother by saying it's impossible to cure the problem.After that I had taken her to Mumbai for treatment n she is still alive.Even there is one more case happened with my neighbor.. He gave them wrong medicine. Because of it she is facing problems.. Never go to him in critical situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all patients who had problems with staff.. The staff has been changed and we assure that this sort of misbehaviour and arrogance will not be repeated. We are sorry for inconvenience. About the doctor, he tries his best to take every patient into consideration with utmost attention. Also, the waiting hours is more due to the amount of patients and emergencies. We consider your problem and will look after it.
The fees for any procedure is reasonable. We all can check for the same procedure in different hospitals. It's double the price there.
