★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My upi is blocked and I am doing follow up since one month . When I call CS they tell me to contact yes bank branch and when I visit branch they tell me to contact CS. I think they are in assumption that customer don't have any work to do except doing follow up with them just to solve one small. Issue. Even branch contact details is also not updated so i can atleast call them.. I have worst experience with this bank. Just take care before opening account with this bank. I have salary account with this bank which is primary account if they will keep doing this then surely I will close the same.
