★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to open the Current account in hdfc bank near Garda Circle I gave my Documents on 16 Oct to Yadnesh Patil n also he Promise me that acc will be open in 7-8 days. I said Ok now it's been 1n Half month still they r telling tomorrow ll be open so 1 day I visit HDFC bank n I talk with Kiran Jadhav he told me give me time till Tuesday n he told me whatever issue ur have just call me n now he's avoiding the calls n Yandesh patil is call on behalf of Kiran Jadhav am giving 1 Star bcoz their's no Option of 0 Star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once the account is made and then if you require any kind of help nobody entertains. The good relation with customer is only till the account opening that's all. One of the employee Mr. Yadnesh Patil who assisted me with account opening been not entertaining me for any of my genuine queries. I have no option as I stay overseas. I can't even go to the branch. He is just dodging my queries since months now. Other staff whom I contacted except him claims the same thing again and again that - Your account has been created by XYZ person so only he can solve your doubts or queries. Such a disappointing experience!! I would never have something which gives 0 attention to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the branch to open a salary account, every one cooperated nicely.
I had an issue in my address they gave me work around for the same and accepted my document and asked me to wait for verification. That's ok. We should follow the procedure. Hoping for best future relationship with HDFC bank once again (had an account in hdfc 10 year ago, closed it after changing the job). Thank you guys.

This branch least bothered about the promises which were done before engaging customer into its loan. Its just horrible experience due to some unprofessional working at this branch. It does not even deserve 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited bank for closure of salary account to which they kept me waiting for 20 minutes, however there was no rush in bank. Later on I told my friend to walk-in right away in bank and ask that looking for HOME LOAN to which they directly started assisting him. Disgusting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC bank damaging image, service is not upto the mark. Employees are not aware nor have have technical support. Similar to a gaon behaviour.... If I compair with other branch, what service I receive. Much much more to improve and learn.. Sorry this.
