★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this branch for some official work. Some of the staffs seem highly productive but some of them are pathetically inefficient. Some of them are arrogant. I do not understand why there is no feedback system for each counter.
The most irritating fact is that some staffs will leave desk keeping you waiting without saying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The timing of staffs could get better, turn around time also, the online system need improvement. Very poor management, customer relationship is not friendly. On time of opening a savings account, the desk was empty, then they make mistakes, like wrong details input as per for filled. Moreover, I have to fill another form to change contact number wrong details entered by the man in charge. This kind of carefree banking won't sustain the present challenges, both digitally and physically. Thank you
