★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's private sector bank but They provide facility like govt. Undertaking banks. If you need passbook then they will tell you that "sir, at this moment we don't have any passbook in our stock , please come again after 1 week" So, now if you had go after 1 week the executive will tell you that still we don't have any passbook come again after few days later .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I'm visit the bank in morning time ..but the staff are busy to attend their personal meeting ...I really don't know what is the most important things of them customers or their meetings??? They are busy to attend their internal meeting..

My assistant is sitting in the branch for more than 4 hours for just a simple verification , which takes very little time.
Absolutely sorry state of affairs.
