★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. Here is a watchman named "chunni laal" who is a n uneducated person, and manhandles customers inside the bank. Many women complain that he touched women inappropriately and no action taken place against him. None of the employees os available on duty, and the refuse withdrawal of amount available in the bank accounts, it seems the bank has internally failed, and doesn't have enough money to pay back to saving bank account holders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bank and very good service. Apart from shortage of staff which is actually management issue, branch is running fair. They do maximum to help and support customers. Staff works to its max. As customer service industry they try to do their best and as customers we should do ours best to help them. I see customers panic and hyper in little waiting. We should understand ther are running business although they are heavily understaffed. We should help them. I personally got lot of help by keeping patient and having some time in my hand while visiting branch. Hope this helps.
